The RSA 11th Biennial Institute in-person seminars will convene in Cincinnati, Ohio. If you are traveling to the Institute from outside the local area, please consider staying at our primary host hotel, the Graduate by Hilton Cincinnati. Our Wednesday luncheon will take place at The Graduate in the Cincinnatus Ballroom. The hotel is offering Institute attendees a very competitive rate for the area, and a limited number of rooms are available:

Additionally, to try to bring the cost of lodging down, we have requested a block of dorm rooms at the University of Cincinnati. The university is not considering requests for Summer 2025 until later in the spring. We will send out an email and post to this page if these rooms become available to us.
Travel
The Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG) serves the University of Cincinnati. All major US airlines travel to CVG, including Southwest and Allegiant. Transportation from the airport can be reserved through Uber, Lyft, or Airport Executive Shuttle for approximately $30 one-way or $50 round trip. You may call 859-261-8841 24 hours in advance to guarantee a reservation; walk-up service is also available in the baggage claim areas. Taxi service is approximately $34.
