Program Advice

  • Please remember the conference will be held in the Pacific Time Zone. Some computers may adjust time to your local time so please take care. Concurrent sessions in Portland will run 8:00 – 9:15 am, 9:30 – 10:45 am, 11:00 am – 12:15 pm, 1:15 – 2:30 pm, 2:45 – 4:00 pm, and 4:15 – 5:30 pm. Super Sessions are Saturday 2:45 – 4:45 pm.
  • We recommend you use the search function that says “Search program” and appears below the conference logo as this search will return the time and location of each session. You can search each day separately by clicking on the date to the left of the search box. Using the blue search bar “Search conference” at the top of the program frame will return titles and authors across the entire program.
  • In addition to the searchable program below, also below at the bottom of the page is a link to download the 847-page, full-abstract .pdf searchable version of the program if you wish to download and/or browse it (3.7 MB). (Note: the pdf program is not available post-conference). it is current as of 5-1-2026. Click the blue download button to download to your computer. We will not be printing 800-page programs.
  • That being said, we WILL have a print program in Portland that lists all of the sessions, locations, and authors (no abstracts). Be sure to pick yours up at registration.
  • We recommend that everyone (even if you prefer the print program) download the Whova app. We will be communicating with conference participants daily through the app.
  • You may still have Whova from the RSA 2024 conference! Or, below you will find links to download the Whova app to your mobile device. YOU MUST LOG INTO WHOVA USING THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU OR YOUR PANEL SUBMITTER ENTERED INTO OXFORD ABSTRACTS. That is how we were able to upload everything into the app, so that’s the email that we used. If you did not make a submission in Oxford, or if the app otherwise asks you for a code, use InDignities2026. Please let us know if you have any difficulties. Once in Whova you can search “RSA 2026 Conference” and you should see our app pop up in the list. If you have any questions, please send them to [email protected]. Presenters will be able to upload access copies, slides, and other materials soon. Be on the lookout for instructions on how to do that.
