rsa 2024 Research network

Thank you for your interest in the RSA 2024 Research Network Forum. It will take place on the morning of Thursday May 23, in-person, in Denver, Colorado and conclude before concurrent sessions begin at 12:30. There is no option for virtual participation.

The purpose of the Research Network is to provide newer members of our profession, with a special emphasis on graduate students, an opportunity to share a work-in-progress article or a chapter in a group session led by a senior scholar in the field. Eleven senior scholars have volunteered to participate and serve as group leaders in 2024.

You do not have to send in a completed work to apply. If accepted, you will be contacted by RSA around April 1 and then receive a subsequent message from your group leader asking you to share your work with your entire group in April. Each participant will be expected to read and be prepared to discuss the drafts of all participants. Senior scholars may also provide further instructions for the session as the conference approaches.

Please also note that the names of participants in the Research Network will be published in the conference program. Therefore, graduate student participants in the Research Network forum may be eligible to apply for funding from their institutions. You must be a member of RSA to attend the Research Network.

If you have any questions, please contact RSA 2024 Research Network Directors Rebecca Dingo (rdingo@umass.edu) or Anita Mixon (gj1184@wayne.edu). **The deadline for applications is 11:59 pm March 8, 2024.**
