Conference Childcare Stipends

To support families facing financial barriers, we have a limited number of childcare stipend grants available for up to $200. These grants operate on a first-come, first-served basis and can be applied toward professional childcare services during the conference. We encourage early applications to ensure availability and look forward to welcoming families to this year’s meeting.

Please note the following eligibility conditions:

• Stipend recipients must be current RSA members and be registered for the RSA 2026 Conference
• Funds may only be used as reimbursement for professional childcare services rendered during the conference period
• Stipend recipients may engage childcare services from the agency or professional of their choice
• Priority will be given to graduate students and contingent/part-time adjunct faculty
• Stipends will be distributed as reimbursements after the conference ends. Please save receipts for reimbursement. All reimbursements must submit receipts. Recipients must agree to receive the funds electronically using Bill.com.
